School Delivery

ONLINE ORDERING NOW AVAILABLE! 

Welcome! If you're school has partnered with us, we'll be delivering lunches each day directly to your school. We're excited to get you started with your Bright Belly order. We've provided some guidance and tips below to help you with our new registration and ordering process.

We understand that this is a new way ordering for many of you. If you'd like us to set you up in a similar way as before, please contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate.

Helpful Instructions and tips to help make ordering lunches easy!
  1. Copy password: bright3 - You’ll need this to start the registration process
  2. Click Create An Account at our secure online ordering portal https://brightbelly.boonli.com
  3. Account Registration is for Parent’s Information
  4. Select Order for other People since you are ordering for your child(ren) and Submit
  5. Create a User Profile for each child – make sure to select the appropriate school and lunch session
  6. Click I’m Done, Sign-In and Place your Order
  7. See tip below for repeating orders
  8. Be sure to proceed to checkout and process your payment. Orders that are left in the shopping cart will NOT be processed and your lunch(es) will not be included in the lunch service.

TIP: SAVE TIME WITH ORDERING 

Interested in the subscription service where the same orders repeat weekly without having to place order each week? Repeat the same orders by the day of of the week by clicking the STAR symbol after you've saved an order for a specific day. 

EXAMPLE: HOW TO CLICK STAR

  • Want the same lunch every Monday for August/September
  • From Calendar, click on a Monday
  • Select items and save, Before you click to Add to Cart, scroll up on your phone to see your selections, or on desktop you’ll see selections on right. Click the STAR next to order and then click Add to Cart
  • Go to the calendar – you’ll see lunch has been saved to all Mondays

    • ADDITIONAL SCHOOL DELIVERY INFORMATION

    • DELIVERY TIME: School delivery orders are delivered each day before lunch time
    • ORDER CUT-OFF TIME: Orders must be in full day in advance with 11:59pm cut-off. For example, place an order on Monday by 11:59pm for Wednesday lunch (delivered on Tuesday evening).
    • LATE ORDERING: Late orders are available online up until 2pm the day the before the meal for an additional $2 per meal.
    • PAYMENT INFORMATION:We accept payment by Debit Card or Credit Card: Visa, MasterCard, American Express & Discover. 
    • PROCESSING FEE: A nominal processing fee is charged so that we can offer our lunch program online. Bright Belly uses BOONLI to provide a secure, fast, and easy-to-use online ordering system that allows you to view our lunch menu, order, prepay and manage school lunches from your smartphone, tablet or computer.
